The migrant shelters are a big problem for the Trump administration...because their moto is..."how can we deter, rather than how can we handle. Our President will appeal to his Base since he's getting nowhere with the Democrat leaders. His White House has pushed the idea of invoking emergency powers to get his wall without lawmakers approval.
Then telling people to follow Michael Barbaro to see what has actually been done this past year on the wall.

These are the same parents who won't discipline their kids, for fear of "making the problem worse".
