I’m so sorry your neck is hurting. Do you think the exercises helped? I always think that stretching helps me, I have a lot of tight muscles.

Too bad we’re not closer, I got a great little heating pad that is 4in wide. It is meant to go around a neck but I’ve been putting it on my elbows. Try some heat, that might really help relax your muscles if that is the problem.

Thanks, ice followed by heat works for me sometimes. I’ve dealt with this for so many years, I’m just thankful I can deal with it without narcotics. I do stretch and do exercise, but the last few years I’ve gotten lazy and start doing it reactively instead of proactively.

Months before Rusty’s death, I had found a pet cemetery run by a lovely family. I called her when I knew the time was near, and she told me to call her when it happened and her husband would pick him up. When he took his last breath, thunder, lightning and rain started pouting down. I put him in the coffin I had gotten for him. I called her, and that sweet man came and got him. My granddaughters made a gravestone for him and we went out later and laid it. That wonderful family was so kind.

Absolutely, Wayback when the country and its citizens came first. If someone wanted in and they had something contagious, they had to leave. And it wasn’t as easy as today, they had to go back on a rickety ship that they probably got sick on in the first place.

I’m sure Trump can give the numbers of Americans that have died from diseases that were formally eradicated. I’d hate to have my child in a school in a border state today. Not only would they not learn a thing, but they could catch some Third World disease

I hear yeah. I think all the problems with my arms is because I didn’t keep up with my stretching and exercise routine. Are used to love us though. Something has changed and now it doesn’t seem to alleviate the pain. Now I like heat. But like you said, I do ice followed by heat. It just seems right even though the ice doesn’t seem to help
