It will have to be an extremely large one-time gain to show up in GOOG financials, or even make a footnote.
Q says we'll get some help identifying it.
It is a Trump Hotel-Chicago Twitter post/video (they decorate the elevator every year for Christmas)...not a “Q produced video”. Needs to be “insider-only” information, not publicly available information. Mr. Trump’s private office decorations would be better for example.
Also, there is indeed a tree, an elf/witch, hammer, animal, masked person, and other images, all in the bag over his shoulder. I'll try to upload a larger, enhanced image.
