I don’t think Vitamin D excretes. It stores in liver and high doses are dangerous. My doctor has me on it and he pulled me back from the higher dosage. I think about 1000mg is okay, but be careful with too much.

I’ve used this before and keep it around during the winter:

It’s kept me from getting the flu, even when a household member had it.

Just be sure to take the first dose within twenty minutes of the very first symptoms.

And it tastes like candy!
