Do you ever get snow?
When I lived in Albuquerque, we occasionally got snow and, boy, no one knew how to drive, we would laugh as we had moved from northern UT.

It’s a small world, especially in D.C.

Whoa Nellie!!!
We already have one “Horse-face” but guess, if the shoe fits, we could have 2.

What an amazing story. Perhaps some day it will be written about in a book.
Beneath the Scarlet Sky is based on a life story in Italy during WW2 that would be considered too unrealistic if it were not actually true.
God bless all who served and serve with such courage

Good post - thank you.
The Pearl Harbor attack led to events that dominated and shaped the world in which many of us were born and grew up.
IMHO that world lasted until sometime around the mid 1960’s.
Coincidentally about the time of the 1965 HartCeller Act - aka The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965.
The time interval of WWII for America is less than 5 years from the 1941 Japanese sneak attack on Pearl Harbor through all of WWII
to “Victory Over Japan Day” (VJ Day) in 1945 when the fighting ended .
The time interval from the 9/11/2001 muslim sneak attack on America to the present time is more than 17 years.
And still the fighting goes on and Americans are still dying.

Not only is it Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day, but it’s my mother’s birthday (Dec 7, duh, 1946).
Still a bittersweet day, since she passed in 2001.

Have you seen all the liberal rags reporting that Rudy was bad mouthing the President, saying that helping him answer Mueller’s questions was a “nightmare”?
I figure it’s fake news, interpreted to fit the narrative.
To: Lakeside Granny
The Dems will find something in the years since he was last AG to attack him about. In fact, I will be concerned if they let him sail right through.

Sorry to hear that you lost your mom when she was at such a relatively young age.
