61 year old here, chiming in- I contracted 4 colds/issues/sicknesses this year, while working up at a resort in the mountains. I was basically sick more than I wasn’t sick, over the season. It was very hard to shake my illnesses, each and every time. Very different than any previous years. I either was, highly susceptible to illness, or by my behavior, encouraged illnesses. Somewhat discouraging... Now- all better.

Be sure to take Vitamin D3 everyday.
Read an article about 3 years back where this doctor made everyone of his patients take it everyday. Not one of his patients got a cold or flu.
I forget how much he said to take.
I take 2000 IU a day and haven’t had a cold or flu since and have had no flu shot since the 70’s.
I did get a sinus infection 3 years ago after flying.

I have not dealt with this type of illness in years. Even took a flu shot about a month ago because thought it was licked. Increased D3 and C vitamin Just can’t seem to shake it. When I woke up with fever, coughing and hurting in chest this morning decided it was time to visit Dr. Called my primary care and they suggested I go to prompt med. No line. Got right in. Both the NP and N had the same bug. Will be back to par in a day or so.
