ransomnote: I really like it but I'm not sure it's "the one" or the ONLY one. Notice the comma before the [CA_J]? It's normally used before the name of the person you're addressing. So why wouldn't Q use [J_CA]? Perhaps Q is adding the second meaning (Judges) here since it's convenient? Or it's a Q puzzle (why put letters in order when they COULD be scrambled?)

Finally, I’ve spent enough time now around both Glacier Park and some of the existing relatively itty bitty glaciers in the Rockies that I have infinite respect for the ability of a cubic mile or so of ice to grind up just about anything you’d care to throw in its path.
Not to be totally crude, but Mother Nature can be a real Mutha.

Just heard on Tucker C. that UN has set a target for $49 per gallon to fight climate change, but not sure the time frame. They derps there are totally destroying any middle class they might have, but of course they don’t care.
RE: Riots in France - Additional info: France has 10% unemployment, and 50% of GDP now goes to government.
Interviews on the street-People already are struggling to have food to eat, and this gas/climate change tax thingy is the last straw.
