The Trump administration is, it goes without saying, deeply anti-science. In fact, it’s anti-objective reality. But its control of the government remains limited; it didn’t extend far enough to prevent the release of the latest National Climate Assessment, which details current and expected future impacts of global warming on the United States.
True, the report was released on Black Friday, clearly in the hope that it would get lost in the shuffle. The good news is that the ploy didn’t work.
The assessment basically confirms, with a great deal of additional detail, what anyone following climate science already knew: Climate change poses a major threat to the nation, and some of its adverse effects are already being felt. For example, the report, written before the latest California disaster, highlights the growing risks of wildfire in the Southwest; global warming, not failure to rake the leaves, is why the fires are getting ever bigger and more dangerous.
But the Trump administration and its allies in Congress will, of course, ignore this analysis. Denying climate change, no matter what the evidence, has become a core Republican principle. And it’s worth trying to understand both how that happened and the sheer depravity involved in being a denialist at this point.

And, here is a poorly-maintained temperatures-gathering station, notice it is situated next to multiple heat sources - voila!, 'Global Warming' (this faulty-data gathering problem is *COMMON* for a MAJORITY of the weather stations used across the US!):

No one is denying that climate changes. It has over and over and over again since the beginning of the Earth. We all learn about it when studying glaciation, the formation of the Great Lakes and Finger Lakes etc. during grade school. Climate may be changing now, but it is difficult to sort out what are temporary trends or changes in weather vs true climate change. It's even harder to pin any changes in climate on human activities - particularly when using computer modeling of processes we don't fully understand.
The left’s stance on this is based on ideology and partisanship, not science.
And krugman will believe in the tooth fairy. These people show how intelligence lacking they are and also how gullible they are. Thwy come across as weak, believing these stories made up to further their foolish ideas.
I read the first sentence. Then I saw who wrote it. I could not go on after that.
Still; waiting for just one of the many doomsday predictions by them over the last 20 years or so....they keep changing their stories and I haven’t seen even one of their predictions come true. Maybe they haven’t cleaned their crystal balls and the reply is hazy...so they keep trying again.....

Krugman calling someone who doesn't believe in human-caused climate change, depraved, is like his arse telling his brain, "I do my thinking down here, not up there."

Apparently, Paul Krugman thinks Global Warming is the reason the Border Patrol agent set off an explosive target at his baby shower/gender reveal party.
I’m waiting to find out how Global Warming is responsible for the lack of sunspots which will lead to an ice age.

In the climate change case, the Deep State's theme is CO2 levels almost totally control the Earth's temperature variations. This video shows there is a correlation between solar activity and Earth's climate which destroys the global warming crowd's arguments.

This graph shows that with RAW TEMPERATURE numbers there is NO correlation with rising CO2 levels because the temperatures have varied but the highest temperatures were in the 1930's, NOT the last decades as the global warming crowd have tried to show. The only increasing tempertures on the NOAA graph are the ADJUSTED TEMPERTURES.
The fraudsters correct tempertures so that they show increases that correspond with the rising CO2 levels. The raw temperatures do NOT.
What this NOAA graph really shows is that there is NO significant effect on tempertures with changes in CO2 concentrations!
