Alan Dershowitz, a frequent defender of President Donald Trump, said special counsel Robert Mueller’s report will be “devastating” for the president.
The Harvard Law professor emeritus told ABC News Chief Anchor George Stephanopoulos that he believes the president will have to navigate the political impact of a potentially damning final report from the special counsel.
“I think the report is going to be devastating to the president and I know that the president's team is already working on a response to the report,” Dershowitz said on "This Week" Sunday.
Dershowitz added that he believes the report, although it will have a strong political impact, is unlikely to result in criminal charges.
“When I say devastating, I mean it's going to paint a picture that's going to be politically very devastating. I still don't think it's going to make a criminal case,” Dershowitz said.

Dershowitz is about to be exposed for who/what he is in the Clintoonian machine. He’s made cleverly timed “supportive” statements about Trump to keep himself off the radar.
However, when the declassification occurs and the FISA crapola breaks through the dam-— Dershowitz’s name will be revealed along with all the the other Lolita Express paedophilia Jeffrey Epstein’s Orgy island attendees are exposed. So— to try and curry favor with the media who, while he was supportive of Trump, did not have him come on the shows— he’s now talking out his a@@ about the “devastating” report.
Bottom line, for Dershowitz— he KNOWS there won’t be anything in a “report” IF there ever is one— Why?: because also when declassification comes— Rosenstein will either be forced to resign and shut down the IDIOTIC mueller fake investigation (for the LACK OF A CRIME, as a primary requirement for even having a “special counsel” funded by millions of US taxpayer’s dollars. No Crime? then there is no basis for the “investigation” to ever have occurred), however more importantly DeClas will reveal ALL who knowingly approved the ILLEGALLY obtained FISA surveillance warrants for Trump, Flynn and a whole lot of other US citizens-— and exposes ALL the signatories (including obamaumao, rice, ValJar, Brennan, Comey, and especially Rosenstein and his a@@ buddy, mueller. Dec 5 approaches— hence, Dershowitz is becoming quite irrelevant, and proven as the pervo he is.

Uhhhh, mueller is conducting a coup on behalf of the corrupt state, O’muslim and the Clintons. Of course there will be a report to Congress. The declassification hasn’t happened because the DOJ is refusing to release the docs.
We don’t need a scumbag leftist like Dershoshitz to tell us which way the wind is blowing. It’s farking obvious. It has been for a number of years now.

The declassification was being held up by Rosenstein. The MI6 are pushing back through “deep state” not to reveal “sources and methods”— the same BS being pushed by fibbies— in this case “sources and methods” are entirely fabricated. Can’t have a coup when the organizer is fired, and his buddy the “prosecutor” has no crime that he can provide as a basis for his investigation. Therefore— no “report” is possible or even warranted. By order of the new AG. Declas is literally days away— no more BS from Horowitz either at IG. Order from the Pres— and it’s done, and that IS a matter of political timing. After Dec. 5 and Comey’s worst nightmare. He doesn’t show for the subpoena— the Federal Marshals will have a warrant for Comey’s arrest.

The same DOJ that has blackmailed-threatened and ran a coup against the President of the United States is now going to listen to an acting AG? Yeah, sure
Trump needs to appoint a special counsel or convene military tribunals. Those are the options. This is not hard.

He is right. It most likely will be a hit piece that wont warrant any criminal charges for the POTUS. This is what Ive thought from day one. Dershowicz is 100% right. It will give ammunition to Democrats and most likely sour some fence sitting republicans. Trumps core will be fine but its going to open a pandoras box headaches Trump really doesnt need. One thing I will say, Trump will play it all off like he has won, which in essence is the truth but he personally will not win anything. Its a lose lose for Trump. But Trump is Trump and he is used of hit pieces so Im not thinking he’s going to crumble thanks to Mueller.
I don’t think Dersh knows anything. Based on what Andy McCarthy told me, NO ONE knows anything.
