In Ohio there are 14 required diseases that children have to have to attend school. Many of these are administered in combination vaccines. DTAP for example covers 3 diseases.
The 14 diseases are:
(1) Chicken pox;
(2) Diphtheria;
(3) Haemophilus influenzae type b; (4) Hepatitis A;
(5) Hepatitis B;
(6) Influenza;
(7) Measles;
(8) Mumps;
(9) Pertussis;
(10) Pneumococcal disease;
(11) Poliomyelitis;
(12) Rotavirus; (13) Rubella; (14) Tetanus.
However, the vaccines aren’t mandatory for the following reasons:
(1) A child is not required to be immunized against a disease specified in division (B) of this section if any of the following is the case:
(a) Immunization against the disease is medically contraindicated for the child;
(b) The child’s parent or guardian has declined to have the child immunized against the disease for reasons of conscience, including religious convictions;
(c) Immunization against the disease is not medically appropriate for the child’s age.
(2) In the case of influenza, a child is not required to be immunized against the disease if the seasonal vaccine is not available.
(1)(b) above leaves a lot of decision authority with the parent to decline any immunization on the basis of conscience - this could be religious or it could be because they feel the immunization is insufficiently tested. The school cannot mandate it by law.

Sessions was never the “Stealth Bomber”, that Q references, nor was Sessions ever meant to be the executioner. He was a “place holder”, out of the line of fire, while other events could systematically unfold for our side. First plausible answer I ever heard for why Big Pharma pharmas on and yet prices sky rocket and they love Democrats. They are nearly an enemy to American physicians and to medicine, and the American citizen. It is obvious that Praying Medic (PM) is someone worth listening to as his presentation is quite informative and demonstrates a serious amount of knowledge and serious work put in. I look forward daily to reading his tweets. He is invested heavily in Q but his confirmation bias goes overboard on needing to prove Q. That is why I commented on his tweet “Coincidence?” when he showed Trump's 53-47 in his Nov 16 tweet and Q's 53-47 Nov 13 comment. I labeled it as delusional to think that there is a relationship between these 2 items. It is embarrassing to even suggest that there is one. As a full time Q commentator, he is too invested to see the forest from the trees. This tweet does not help his (our) cause.
It is obvious that PM has a lot to say that is worth sharing. I took some notes during the presentation and want to share some thoughts.
One of the major themes that PM discusses is the many levels and audiences of Q. Disinformation is a necessary aspect. As a long time reader and follower of Q discussions, I am aware of these nuances and fully embrace them. In fact, I sincerely hope that Q is legit and therefore many benefits should accrue if that were so. These different levels were articulated very well in this video and it is worth people listening to it.
One of the issues that I initially had was the early Q quotes (late Oct 2017) noting that Huma and Podesta had been indicted. PM described this a disinformation to throw off the Deep State to throw them off the path of the arrests of the Saudi princes. If true, I am totally comfortable with such disinformation being used effectively. My being thrown off doesn't matter if there is a benefit to made by misleading the bad actors. The explanation seems plausible as it fits the facts, however, that in itself is not proof. However, it is a reasonable answer to my initial concern so I will accept this for now. I note this is very early Q. The expectation that the black hats are there from the beginning is not obvious to me. The more important thing at that early point is to create the Great Awakening.
The goal to create the Great Awakening is critical to our power. In fact, Q has implored us often to be vigilant. In the video, PM discusses that Q wants us to come to our own conclusions. That generates a lot of good research and allows for multiple possibilities. Imperator Rex (now known as MAGAREX1) had a great thread on Trump's communication and noted the benefit of the Q discussions encouraging such research. He is agnostic on Q but notes that this research is being performed at no expense to Trump. Hence why Trump will not comment on Q overtly. Here is the weakness in the Q attempt to create more awareness: There is no clear (emphasis on the word clear) situations where Q has demonstrated a priori knowledge that pans out with future events. That would gain much more awareness. There has been some back fitting but nothing stands out as clear Q proof that is obvious to all. Perhaps this might be by design as I can envision strategies where confusion would be helpful - also it tamps down the Deep State attacks if it were obvious so it maybe lessens the danger.
The discussion of Jeff Sessions plan from the getgo involves Huber and Whitaker and some 4D chess. I accept the fact that Trump is strategic and is capable of such maneuvers. I would love nothing more to be true but I am skeptical. Thomas Wictor, Imperator Rex, Brian Cates (drawandstrike)and fellow freeper LS had espoused the Sessions theory for a while. One of the prevailing thoughts was that Mueller would indict some of the deep state. The theory was that Mueller met with Trump for the FBI head job (even though he was probably not eligible for the job) a day or 2 before he was appointed Special Counsel so Trump had leverage on Mueller. (LS is now off that plantation). I had felt that if this were true, Mount Rushmore would be beneath Trump who would need his own mountain. I am hopeful that Huber bears some fruit (Jonathon Turley early on had a column discussing how Hubermight be better than a special counsel - I hope that is true.) I note that Sessions showed hurt at Trump's comments early on - specifically on Tucker Carlson's show when Trump first blasted Sessions. I find it hard to believe he was in on Trump's plan. Also Sessions was appointed before Mueller. I see nothing to suggest Mueller is a friend. (Would I love to be wrong about this.) I don't buy that Sessions is part of the plan.
PM discusses that losing the House and Senate was Trump's strategy. I don't buy it at all as his rally appearances should have included more in Montana and Arizona. However, I strongly agree with Trump's post election comment that losing the house may be better for his reelection than if the Republicans held the house by a few votes.
PM mentions that Trump had people in place to view the corruption and it will be more plausible to prosecute and change the laws. This would be my number one priority and hope if it is true but I think it is nonsense. I am horrified as to what is known that comes out but there is no sense that we were prepared. We did not contest anything - specifically Arizona. Keeping the Senate seat is a priority (as previously explained by PM). Why would we not challenge Arizona before the election was finalized. We will not be able to remove Sinema even if fraud were proved. The counting of provisional and absentee ballots, especially in California, is ripe for audit. This presents an opportunity to make this a priority - I would even shut down the government to make this happen. The Rats in the House will not go along with this. We need a Special Counsel.
Lastly, PM commented on Lindsey Graham questioning Kavanaugh about military tribunals as being critical. If this were so then doing it out in the open was stupid strategy. That should have been discussed behind closed doors. Why alert the enemy to your tactics. A thought just occurred to me - could that questioning resulted in the Kavanaugh witch hunt?
Bottom line is that there are great explanations from PM that provoke thought and are valuable to watch. The viewers should make their own conclusions. For me, I hope PM is right - I agree with some thoughts but have doubts on others.
Noting would make me happier than to have my doubts alleviated by tangible actions.
