Lemongrass. I’m too lazy to get off the couch and actually go look at the bottle so I looked at Amazon to see what I ordered :-) actually my Yorkie is sharing my heating pad so I didn’t want to disturb him either. He found out that I had it wrapped around my arms so he came and sat on top of my arm. Luckily he’s on my hand, not on my elbow. And luckily he’s only 5 pounds.

The Schitt Family

Do you get upset when someone says, ‘You don’t know Jack Schitt!’?
Well, thanks to extensive genealogy research, you can now respond in an intellectual way.

Jack Schitt is the only son of Awe Schitt.

Awe Schitt, the fertilizer magnate, married O. Schitt, the owner of Needeep N. Schitt, Inc.
They had one son, Jack.

In turn, Jack Schitt married Noe Schitt.
The deeply religious couple produced six children: Holie Schitt, Giva Schitt, Fulla Schitt, Bull Schitt, and the twins Deep Schitt and Dip Schitt.

Against her parents’ objections, Deep Schitt married Dumb Schitt, a high school dropout.

After being married 15 years, Jack and Noe Schitt divorced.

Noe Schitt later married Ted Sherlock, and because her kids were living with them, she wanted to keep her previous name.
She was then known as Noe Schitt-Sherlock.

Meanwhile, Dip Schitt married Loda Schitt,

And they produced a son with a rather nervous disposition named Chicken Schitt.

Two of the other six chidren, Fulla Schitt and Giva Schitt were inseparable throughout childhood
and subsequently married the Happens brothers in a dual ceremony.

The wedding announcement in the newspaper announced the Schitt-Happens nuptials.

The Schitt-Happens children were Dawg, Byrd, and Horse.

Bull Schitt, prodigal son of Jack and Noe, left home to tour the world.
He recently returned from Italy with his new Italian bride, Pisa Schitt.

Now when someone says, ‘You don’t know Jack Schitt,’ you can correct them.

I have an EO reference book...with oils matched with many symptoms, but I can’t put my hands on it, right this minute.

You can do a search with Best EO for ____ (symptom). That’s what I have to do when I can’t find my book.

They’re typically diffused or mixed with a carrier oil (like coconut oil) and applied topically.

Okay, I’ll do a search. The treatment for tendonitis and tendonosis are sort of opposite, so I would have to find something specific. I do have coconut oil and extra virgin olive oil so I’m ready to go. I guess what I really need is something that promotes circulation. But does not suppress inflammation. So that’s what I’ll search for. Thanks!
