From my highly biased perch it seems either Fox has either followed the money Left of center and away from me, or I have moved to the Right. TBD.

I don't think Alexandria Occasioinal Cortex HAS a cortex, occasional or otherwise.
In connection with the entire election fraud oversight - it was mentioned that Trump signed an Executive Order in Sept.2018 in this regard. I searched and this is the only EO signed in September regarding elections that I could find. A cursory non-legalese fluent reading tells me that this only refers to foreign interference in elections.
Someone, prove me wrong - I was thinking/hoping it would cover any interference in elections; iow any election fraud.
