Good morning. I opted for one more day at motel. I slept most of yesterday and was so tired, I never made it to my friend's musical gig.

Lucy had a SUPER bath. A tub is much better than a lake full of duckweed with a mud roll or two in dirt/leaves afterward. This candida will be a life long issue Im guessing. Like my shingles, chronic back problems and anemia. She might have more going on but I am pretty sure the regime of ACV, coconut oil & EOs has kept not only the candida but other things in check.

Hoosiermama I am sorry I didn't get the thread up earlier - I DID TRY. maybe most will bring their birthday greetings over for you.! I worked on it middle of night for about 3 hours and this morning about 4 & then had a hour of HTML scrambling/issues. So much nicer doing it in a warm bed/room than in a cold van parked in front of a wifi facility I can pirate. Because it was 2 weeks and chucked full of rallies and other things it is a monster. I am prepared for a few "please remove me from ping list" FReepMails,. As is I left out quite a few events and limited pix of many of the events

Navymom1 needs to be released from her volunteering to do the birthday list, Moving, issues with dad & some family health issues are just taking over for her. SO by the end of the month I hope someone will step up to the plate. I don't believe it will be very demanding and you regulars would be naturals. How about someone who doesn't post a lot but might consider this?. Contact Navymom1 or post here and she will get you the list and what she does
