One of the comments at the reddit link points out that in that part of Florida a van with those stickers would be quickly vandalized. They may have only been on for a few days - to make it easy for authorities to spot. Such an over the top staged fake sticker meme job. Add in the no fading from Florida sun and the neatness ( no overlap) of stickers...... come on deep state. Too much.
