Great question!

It is my understanding that the Supreme Court upheld recently the travel ban EO which Trump had put into place some time ago banning entrance to people from certain nations. It had been HEAVILY challenged in the courts and had worked its way upward to the Supreme Court.

Based on precedents from that court finding, he now is clear to use the template from that EO to be used in this situation.

I’m not a “lawfag” - but that is how I’m perceiving it at this moment.
