An emotional Megyn Kelly began her program Wednesday morning by reading a prepared apology for her comments the previous day defending blackface Halloween costumes.
“I’m Megyn Kelly. And I want to begin with two words — I’m sorry,” the Megyn Kelly Today host said as she fought back tears. “You may have heard that yesterday we had a discussion here about political correctness and Halloween costumes, and that conversation turned to whether it is ever okay for a person of one race to dress up as another — a black person making their face lighter or a white person making theirs darker… I defended the idea.”

Our 2-year-old granddaughter loves Moana (Disney character - South Pacific ethnicity).
But, sadly, she cannot be Moana for Halloween, due to it would be deemed as cultural misappropriation.

Many years ago I dressed my three year old son as Aunt Jemima for Halloween and used burnt cork to make the black face. He looked adorable. The left has figured out how to suck the fun out of everything.

She had nothing to apologize for, and Al Roker can go take a hike. He’s nothing special. Ugly Al would have been quietly let go decades ago, but since he is a well known user of the Race Card, it would have looked bad.
Megyn, Baby Doll, you don’t belong on that network. It’s never been a good fit. The fact that they ran a feature on your so called ‘faux pas’ yesterday says that your own network is turning against you.

Didn’t say anything about going ‘light face’ tho.
However, in light of supporting Fakeahauntingus’ ‘one drop’ Indian heritage, and Dolezal’s NAACP ‘no drop’ wavy perms, and his own French Cameroon heritage, he proves himself a racist caught up in sterotypes. By the implication that ALL wyt children MUST BE 100% wyt and so must only ACT wyt and not any other part of their heritage. I wonder what he thinks of african/Asian/latinx girls who bleach their skin or wyt girls who naturally tan?
