National Border Patrol Council President Brandon Judd claimed there were internal efforts within the U.S. Border Patrol to oppose President Donald Trump’s immigration agenda, dating back to 2016. “Well, what we know is back in March of 2016 when Border Patrol agents endorsed President Trump, there was a huge backlash from management within the agency,” Judd said on “Fox & Friends” Thursday. The council is the union for Border Patrol and is tasked with representing employees within the agency. “In fact, the deputy commissioner at the time in March and this was witnessed by several individuals, he called me and asked me to rescind my endorsement,” Judd said. They have no place to hold the ones that bring a kid, since some judge demanded they can’t be held over 20 days. DHS says children are being kidnapped now all the time so they can claim asylum and be released. I wonder if they are able to DNA test them?

You watched the same show I did. I think it’s ironic that FOX & FNB have opposing stories from the same department at the same time.
I remember Judd had said at one time that people in the Department that liked Obama’s policies were working against President Trump policies. I believe that, it’s a problem in all the Executive Agencies.

Your info is what I have heard many times - our current laws do NOT allow us to stop them, especially if they claim asylum.

My understanding is that we have 20 days to hold them & give them a hearing, but with a backlog of at least 500,000 that takes years & then they never show up, of course.

Border Payrol cannot go into Mexico, the illegals step across & surrender voluntarily to BP. Somehow, these people need to be stopped BEFORE they get into our country. Or our laws need to be changed immediately.

The initial estimate is that 800 to 1,000 service members could deploy in logistical support of Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), such as setting up tents for border authorities, the official said. They could also help construct fencing that is separate from the border wall.

These active duty forces will not act in a law enforcement capacity; instead, they will strictly provide logistical and technical support to CBP. The assignment means the deployment would not violate the Posse Comitatus Act which prohibits the use of active duty forces in a law enforcement capacity.

Yes, but the stamps weren’t canceled, so did they really go through the mail? If they did go through the mail, how did they all arrive at different parts of the country within an hour or two of each other?

Maybe the 4 am e-mail told everybody to pull out their fake bomb from under their desk at 9 am and start yelling.

Also if a bomb arrived in the mail, how did these people know it wouldn’t explode & start taking pictures of said bomb on their desks?

He's had that problem for a while. It might be Ocular Rosacea. Trying to look the condition up.
I just wrote the White House...I gave the Secretary's statement..told them if I had a husband, father, brother or an American soldier going to the border ...it really upset me. I said our President does not tell his tactics before a situation...and that keeps the enemy in the dark. Apparently the Secretary does not agree with our President. AND our Secretary DOES not speak for our military. Asked them to Please watch her statements closely.

Peabody...isn't there an easement before our border? We have legal rights to stop anyone who we think is a threat to our citizens? Its an old law! That would be the area we could hold these illegals...am I wrong? The military could be stationed there. All along the border . Then the military would have ALL the control...that would eliminate the judges ruling because they aren't across the border..

I have quick eyes! Look at the screen. Look at the road. Look at the screen. Look at the road.

1 1/2 hours to go 45 miles, the traffic isn’t moving too fast. But just the same, you might not want to be on the same freeway when I’m a Frepin’ and a drivin’
