Peabody...isn't there an easement before our border? We have legal rights to stop anyone who we think is a threat to our citizens? Its an old law! That would be the area we could hold these illegals...am I wrong? The military could be stationed there. All along the border . Then the military would have ALL the control...that would eliminate the judges ruling because they aren't across the border..

It seems to me if a national emergency is declared, these stupid laws could be suspended until Congress fixes them. And activists judges ignored.
Is this country going to be ruined because of some stupid laws that tie our hands against invasion?

If true, I would think we’d already be doing that.
My hope is that by declaring the Emergency, the military JAGs will be able to get around our laws stupid loopholes and deport people without releasing them first.
