When I created that meme, (actually posted the words first on a non-Q thread) I viewed securing SCOTUS as the essential first step -- while simultaneously working all up and down the judicial ranks.
It could be done faster, of course: WJC wholesale fired lots of Fed attorneys and judges -- and replaced them with his own appointees -- but, that's not how Trump works...
So, yes, Kavanaugh was right "in the critical path"...

Another thing.. someone reported on Special Report, I believe, that there were other ways “ to do this evil deed, and quieter”. Makes one think that an “accident” is not out of the question. Why cause an international crisis, by purposely using this noisy manner?

Dan Bongino made an interesting point on the Sirius XM Patriot Channel this afternoon. A caller asked why Trump wasn't forcing the FISA declassification. Bongino responded, "Why give up the leverage at this point?" It was hoped that DECLAS would turn back the Blue Wave. With the Red Tsunami imminent, DECLAS is not needed for this, so Trump can hold his DECLAS ammo for the next battle.
If the Democrats had a prayer, Obama would be holding rallies on a schedule to match Trump's. He's not.
