I had a boss that talked like that all the time. She dragged out the first word of every sentence on top of that. Drove me nuts, and she was a witch to work with.

Trump at the rally was speaking to his base.
And in the middle are the moderates who see both arguments and have to conclude this was a total con-job by the Dems.

Posted something similar about whoever coached her to talk like that did her no favors. Entire "testimony" was fake. They delayed the hearing to try and teach her how to sound "vulnerable" and even then they FAILED miserably.
