I am not ruling out a deep state influence on recent Chinese activities. Dumping American bonds, causing chaos with our ships via their chip/hacking, election interference. Certainly we have been witness to deep state contacts with China...DiFi, Hillary email hack (did she grant access/profit from the hack), Rothchilds etc.

This ship business is just too coincidental. Just my opinion. And, here is a small sample of Derp State Chinese connections at the link.
