It’s ok, but he probably should have waited. One of the things you learn as a courtroom lawyer is to shut up and sit down after you have won. At this point, it appears that Kavanaugh has won. No need to write or say anything, especially something where you admit to apologize for how you reacted to being accused of gang rape.
