When I was a Police Officer, if I would have made arrests based on who I believed, I would have arrested the wrong people all the time. The only thing that matters in an impartial investigstion is FACTS/EVIDENCE

Pardon me if you aleady do this with extra peppers, but when I buy a multi pack of them or have too many given to me, I clean them and dice them and freeze them in ziplocks. Then I just add them as needed to various dishes I make. They keep a long time and are really handy since they are already cleaned and diced.

Yup, I do that :-) that’s a great idea. I started freezing them in bigger sections, they seem to not get as freezer burned or soft that way. With my one summer Harvest, I get Peppers that last all the way until the next summer. The only problem is freezer space!
