California wonder is the only green pepper that is not a hybrid and seed can be saved or easily found.

I have no clue. It was in a can of emergency essentials seeds. All I know is they are not hybrid so I always get seeds for the next year. What I really like is that when they are fully ripe they are red. So I can pick Them early and have green ones or have red ones. It’s nice to have a variety in the freezer. I would like to have some yellow and orange as well. I’ll have to see if I can get those in a non-hybrid variety. I love all the colors peppers come in. Although the purple or brown ones, not so much. Those are not particularly appetizing once they’re cooked!
