Yup, I do that :-) that’s a great idea. I started freezing them in bigger sections, they seem to not get as freezer burned or soft that way. With my one summer Harvest, I get Peppers that last all the way until the next summer. The only problem is freezer space!
I am too lazy to really dice them and do bigger sections too. Good to know the bigger size is better anyway.
