Means she doesn’t testify voluntarily and they’re not going to force her to. Committee just proceeds with the vote.
I wonder if they keep her first letter quiet as leverage so she doesn’t try this again. I would release it to the world, frankly.

I agree, completely....with proceeding and releasing the (first) letter.
I suspect since DiFi gave this letter to FBI the intelligence community has both letters (plus more material) and have opened a file of her irrational behavior. Her insistence that the FBI investigate may be a cry for help from a very ill person
Her parents extremely Liberal. THe family lived in DC area. We’ve mentioned before that a woman with her sexual background may have been molested as a young child MK ULtra and the coordinating work RoseAnne Barr did on mental health issues brought on by abuse sure has some similarities!
More excuses for why she won’t/can’t testify on Monday:
1) must have an FBI investigation - FBI have turned this down twice and don’t have the jurisdiction to do this anyway
2) the mean GOP were going to seat her next to the accused rapist (Judge K) in front of the committee - this is false
3) death threats
..and so on
Yep....nothing but BS excuses.
