More excuses for why she won’t/can’t testify on Monday:

1) must have an FBI investigation - FBI have turned this down twice and don’t have the jurisdiction to do this anyway
2) the mean GOP were going to seat her next to the accused rapist (Judge K) in front of the committee - this is false
3) death threats
