The tweets seek to explain how CIA Operations Officers recruit and handle "agents" and that they are EVERYWHERE.
The link is to the tweet that tells us the CIA has people in many walks of life and jobs. They walk among us.

It's a shame the windows had to be blocked out to eliminate that view.It looks like some of the top derps (Presidential level) took the McCain propaganda extravaganza as an opportunity to have a "gathering" (as one FReeQ put it).
