I thought I saw a proof/theory where it is being conjectured that the “Hostages” such as Hillary and the other bad actors like LdR, Hussein, etc. all were provided with evidence and given choices, among them being they must receive a listening device and Kill Switch, in order to live a while longer and to be able to have it reported that they would “die naturally” from a disease process.
I think I saw that in the largish anon-put-together of the “Secret Tribunals”
At any rate, if that conjecture is true, then sounds are being monitored.... and I would lay the contents of my tiny piggy bank that those rooms would be visually monitored as well. Aaaaaannnnd I further would surmise that if they were going to all stay together in a place like that, perhaps the white hats want them feeling secure to communicate with written notes, or sign language or something. I certainly don’t know.... just a thought. I like your idea of “Set Up” really well.
Maybe “out of listening range” would be for human ears.... but we know that there are sensitive mikes that can do much better than that!
