I say to you that things will happen long before the election that will render this vision mute. To me it seems to be an Ankh.
A cross with a loop which was an Egyptian symbol representing life or the key to life. I believe it was also representative of the Nile Delta, a fertile drainage area where the Nile empties into the Med, the water and food grown in this area provide life to ancient Egypt .

I listened to the full ( over 4 minutes) video 4 times, stopping and starting many times and nowhere do I hear him actually admit “he fabricated claim”.
