I did not get that impression from the indictment at all but it's possible:

SCHULTE was previously arrested on August 24, 2017, on charges relating to his receipt, possession, and transportation of approximately ten thousand images and videos of child pornography. In March 2017, members of the FBI had searched SCHULTE’s residence in New York, New York, pursuant to a search warrant and recovered, among other things, multiple computers, servers, and other portable electronic storage devices, including Schulte’s personal desktop computer (the “Personal Computer”). On the Personal Computer, FBI agents found an encrypted container (the “Encrypted Container”), which held over 10,000 images and videos of child pornography. The Encrypted Container with the child pornography files was identified by FBI computer scientists beneath three layers of password protection on the Personal Computer. Each layer, including the Encrypted Container, was unlocked using passwords previously used by SCHULTE on one of his cellphones. Moreover, FBI agents identified Internet chat logs in which SCHULTE and others discussed their receipt and distribution of child pornography. FBI agents also identified a series of Google searches conducted by SCHULTE in which he searched the Internet for child pornography.

No, really strong winds. I did some sampling at a residential lot within the Santa Rosa fire area last year, it is hard to go 100 feet in hard hit areas without seeing loads of truly weird stuff. Wind was blowing hard enough that a house where I sampled was reduced to powder on a concrete slab and close enough to put your palm on the wall was an in law/workshop structure that the paint didn’t even bubble or scorch on.

I looked across the street to the ruins of a stone house which had framing wood going up on the adjacent close lot. I commented that that guy was quick on the rebuilding and the owner said “no, that was at that stage when the fire came through”.

The owner had just bought his place 3 weeks prior, the place had an untended ~5 acres of grapes (vineyard). All the plant/vine parts were hanging on the wire about 4 feet off the ground. The wind had taken fire through the dry, uncut grass in the vineyard so fast that it just burned flat to the ground, and through the bases of the vines at the ground like you’d cut them all off with an oxyacetylene torch or sawzall.

My read on timeline is that he took stuff from March 2016 through June 2016. when Wikileaks published they raided this guy’s house. Then they found the child stuff. Then they arrested him for that which they have him nailed having mailed to him and downloading from 2009 through March 2017 when they nabbed his stuff (Wikileaks published 3/7/17 above).

It says that in *November 2016* he mailed “a computer containing images and videos of child pornography”

There are innumerable accounts by so many including veteran fire fighters who have never seen fires as selective and specifically shall I say targeted as these. Other have seen light beams or other odd occurrences in the immediate vicinity, or things like cars burning when the house is not

Far too many inconsistencies to look at it from what I have seen from say a lightning strike and the subsequent fire about 200 yards from my home which I witnessed and watched as it spread in the grass and other growth to about 40 acres total. As you may be aware in some of these cases homes are set apart from others while in other neighborhoods the houses are quite close, yet there is still skipping and the other oddities of what burns and what does not that is totally different from previous wildfires we have experienced out here.

Steven, I have noticed that POTUS will wear a tie relative to the event. POTUS will wear a tie supportive of both parties if, the negotiations are positive, or a tie supportive of the US only if negotiations are ongoing.
