Now that ‘s just weird. Thanks for the link!
The chart is a summary of federal cases. The feds have 90-plus federal district courts. The summary looks like state totals, but it is totals by federal disctrict court, and there is at least one federal district court in every state.

Yes, but that doesn't necessarily add up to major significance. Feds file about 100,000 indictments a year. How many are sealed, if for only part of a day? Do those count?
That is my contention - they are totalling sealed *filings* to include indictments, search warrants, etc. However the numbers are still vastly outside norms

Wouldn't that be double jeopardy right there? If so, why didn't Manafort bring it up immediately? It's in the constitution that you cannot be charge twice for the same thing.

And that is why, when the case becomes public knowledge, the whole thing will explode as no_doll_i said up thread.

There was no need to “plant” the porno/pedo evidence, because the files he was seeking to turn over would have BEEN porno/pedo, right?

Yes, there is some kind of weirdness going on down there. You don’t just “stop by” because you were “in the neighborhood”. Even if you do own a yacht.
