Bill Nelson is running ads in which he claims he is an independent Senator. It sure gave me a good laugh.
Independent from mainstream voting, yes. He’s got a practically perfect Communist score. Rick Scott can start measuring for the drapes. The creep is going down.
That’s what he told us 30 year ago to get elected...the man is a fraud, has been for many years. He gets elected each time because the older voters remember him as an astronaut.
He is a relic and a fraud and he needs to be shown the door.
>> He gets elected each time because the older voters remember him as an astronaut.
Yeah, well I’m an “older voter” (age 73). With his left wing voting record, I think he’s not much better than Ham the Astrochimp. He can go to hell.
I just saw this jokers commercial last night for the first time. What a joke. Stresses being in the “middle” how he saved Social Security and Medicare. How middle is good. UGH!
The middle of the road is for yellow lines and dead armadillos.

We need to term limits Bill Nelson...Rick Scott will be a great Senator...
Scott wins going away and DeSantis wins just as easily.
“He May Fool Some New Florida Residents”
Given what seems like a disproportionate number of low IQ voters in Florida, he’ll definitely more than just some of them.
Hahaha!
The dementia in this one runs deep!
Thoughts on the FL Gubernatorial primary?
The President just endorsed De Santis over Putnam. Putnam has a double digit lead but there’s a huge undecided contingent.
Ron DeSantis is one of my favorite members of Congress; he’s an unapologetic 100% conservative with the ability to communicate his message eloquently and with ample electoral experience. He has been elected in districts that are competitive at the national level, and I think that he would have an excellent chance—as good as Putnam’s, IMHO—of being elected governor should he win the GOP nomination. Putnam has higher name ID and more establishment support, but DeSantis has enough time to win the undecideds and nab the nomination. I wouldn’t have a problem with Putnam as the GOP gubernatorial nominee, but I’d much rather have DeSantis. I hope that President Trump’s endorsement gets DeSantis over the hump.
I’ve tended to like ‘em both. Putnam has won statewide, of course. DeSantis hasn’t, so that’s one in Putnam’s favor. Unfortunately, I’ve heard FL residents say Putnam is a puppet of Big Sugar, and that’s worrisome. I probably lean more DeSantis’s way as a result.
I might even make the recommendation, for the purpose of healing, that whichever gentleman wins, they select the other for their running mate. A good, strong ticket.
I second your motion of having the winner of the gubernatorial primary pick the runner-up as the Lt. Gov. nominee. DeSantis and Putnam balance each other out geographically and in terns of groups that support them.
Two new polls in FL have DeSantis opening up a big lead over Putnam.
20 (!) and 12 points, respectively.
The only thing I give kudos to Putnam for is taking the lead to oust Alberto Gonzales.
Seems like this is because of the Trump endorsement, Putnam was leading before it.
I don’t recall, what was the problem with Alberto Gonzalez?
Yeah, looks like Putnam is toast. I read an article the other day about some FL Chamber of Commerce loon (probably open borders type) going nuts over DeSantis being the GOP nominee. They’d rather have a Communist Governor instead.
He was the dope who went before Congress and just flat out lied about firing U.S. Attorney’s for partisan reasons, because he didn’t have the guts to simply say “the President doesn’t want a bunch of U.S. Attorneys who promote the policies of the previous administration. Get over it.”
