This thread is a friendly collaborative place for FReepers to analyze information and share opinons. FReepers have a wide variety of reasons for investigating Q Anon content; this is not the appropriate place to criticize or badger those who choose to use some of their time in this manner.

Project Gleem started in 1953 on order of President Eisenhower, who was convinced that the UFO’s represented a threat for the national security of the United States. In 1966, the Project Gleem became Project Aquarius.

Project May Bell
This Project was a cover for Project Aquarius. The May Bell Project is described in document AD 514939L (Proceedings of the MAY BELL Technical Workshop of 18-22 May 1970) like:

Thank you once again Mr. Bagster sir. I’m still 5 days behind the rest of you. Was facinated by a ping on TEXOKIE’s research re: #17 yesterday tho. Been campaigning for a Godly local man for state senate the last couple days, election is next Tuesday. Gonna be burning the candle at both ends between helping my candidate and having 2 little granddaughter’s this weekend so probably wont catch up and visit “live” on the thread for a couple of weeks.

If anyone will join in prayer my candidate, Thomas McNutt, needs them for this state senate election. We have known his opponent was backed by the libs for some time. This week it was discovered the opponent actually voted rat in the ‘16 election. State senates are small taters on the global Q scale but we need to avoid DS at all levels. Late in 1985, researcher Chris Lambright received an FOIA response letter from the National Security Agency (NSA) in reply to his query about three project names. Two of the projects were dismissed ion the reply, but Project Aquarius was treated separately and differently. The NSA FOIA letter asked for $15,000 up front to perform a Project Aquarius records search with no promise of results. This was a tantalizing suggestion of possible substance in Project Aquarius.

Lambright then requested the “goals” of Project Aquarius. The NSA replied that ‘even the release of the project name could reasonably be expected to cause grave damage to the national security,’ and therefore was properly classified. This language was straight out of the section on the Top Secret classification of the Executive Order which established the classification system, Executive Order 12356. Confirmation! Project Aquarius existed and was classified Top Secret!

Despite repeated attempts through the FOIA over the intervening years, nothing more about Project Aquarius was obtained from the NSA.

In 1996 we decided to take another tack in our pursuit of Project Aquarius. Although earlier FOIA requests citing information published in 1990 by Bill Moore and Jaime Shandera were unsuccessful, using this information, we were finally able to produce significant documentation on a Project Aquarius conducted by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). This broke a long silence on the matter. The nagging question is when and how did William Moore (or the fabricators of the Telex) know of this project and it’s name - or did he?

We obtained several Project Aquarius reports. Under FOIA case number 96-F-1327, DARPA, through the Assistant Secretary of Defense, released the following:

I deal with Time-Space-Time (TST) switching every day at work. To really understand TST one must be able to visualize the circuit flow through the TST.

If the expected result does not appear there is a problem. I can usually find that problem very quickly. Like knowing the components and what they do. Assemble those components in my head - painting a picture. Turn the machine on and watch it run. Results are process dependent upon the function of many components. Know the components. All in my head.
