When Ike warned of the industrial complex he knew all of this was being done. It would have been listed under “military”. Is this what he was warning about ! It’s my understanding that it was dismantled in the 70s Could someone have resurrected it recently (and it’s still classified). It would be why Q is referring us to the past and IKE.
