Russians showed up in court to fight Mueller's indictment. Mueller says he's not ready. Judge tells Mueller, "too bad".
Mueller withering to Rimsky-Korsakov’s Scheherezade
There, fixed it.
I would suggest that the judge is grinning, and just thinking....this is probably the weakest case ever brought before him by a prosecutor, and the judge is going to give them ample opportunity to talk. You could probably charge for entry into the room, and the tickets would run a minimum of a hundred bucks....as people would just want to watch this unfold.
The other piece to this story....just how will the Russians play out their part? Will they walk in and want to tell the judge that they did pay off Hillary’s folks? Will they talk about insider knowledge within the Obama White House? This could go a hundred different ways.
So he indicted people with criminal charges which he has yet to substantiate? The judge should arrest Mueller for wrongful prosecution.
Muller hopes to slow-walk this whole thing so they can drag this up until 2020.
“So he indicted people with criminal charges which he has yet to substantiate? The judge should arrest Mueller for wrongful prosecution.”
And banged the gavel down while shouting “dismissed” and then recommending that the attorneys who brought the case be disbarred.
Then let the media spin it as a minor setback.
Discovery here could be the magic thread that unravels the whole sordid effort to destroy the President. Also Muellers career.
With all of that, scalpers are getting $1000 a seat, easy.
This all hinges on that judge.
Will he let them walk in and meekly ask for a dismissal, since recent information shows that the Russians did nothing wrong?
OR
Does he force them to lay their cards on the table, all of them, to show how they ended up where they did? That timeline is going to have to include things that don’t exist. IE....a crime that was committed ... the conflict of interest arising from the “crime” and why the SC was needed ... probable cause for the “crime” ... dossier ... the phantom informant that they cannot reveal ... FISC/FISA abuse ... perjury to FISC ... concealing evidence ... ignoring subpoenas ... investigative paperwork ... witness list and who was interviewed.
This has the potential to be very bad. Bad, as in, doing irreparable harm to the DOJ and FBI. Casting doubt on any and every case these people and those associated with them, have ever worked. I’m wondering if there are, and how many, defense attorney’s are drafting up appeal paperwork, for their clients, given the amount of corruption that has been uncovered.
“And banged the gavel down while shouting dismissed and then recommending that the attorneys who brought the case be disbarred...Then let the media spin it as a minor setback.”
Of course that hasn’t yet happened, but it’s very possible.
However, the media is welcome to spin it any way they want, but Trump will ride it to re-election...there’s no way he’s letting go of this stunt.
It seems apparent this "indictment" of a foreign entity by Mueller was done as window dressing by him to give the overall appearance and impression everywhere you look that "Russians were involved"
Never thought they would show up...indeed!
I would have paid money to see the discussions on the Mueller team when these guys showed up.
MUELLER: What the Hell are they doing here?
MUELLER AIDE 1: (hissing in low voice)I don't know!
MUELLER AIDE 2: Jesus, what idiots from some other country show up for something like this? Didn't they get the hint? Didn't anyone TELL them not to show up? What are we going...
JUDGE: Mr. Mueller. What is going on? Is your team not prepared for the scheduled proceedings today?
MUELLER: Your Honor, we...er...uh...can we...ummm...errr...can we request a delay or reschedule?
RUSSIAN EXECUTIVE: What is issue here? We pay much money to fly here to clear our name! You tell me now we leave and come back? (consults in whispers with attorney) NO! Law says we must have trial now. We demand trial now under provision 274b.1a of United State Law!
JUDGE: (in flat voice) Of course. Mr. Mueller, motion denied. Please proceed.
Exactly, and there are more than one. The difference being, the judges giving Mueller fits aren't just making it up. They are insisting on following established procedures and doing what the law requires. Imagine that!

Mueller should indict a ham sandwich. That’s a trial he might actually win.
LOL, that is perfect! I am sure that is a standard joke in legal circles, but I have not heard it!

LOL
Heh, no kidding...I swear, I wish there were video of that. It probably looked like a rookie fire drill over there!
Invent dossier II.
