That’s so funny. Rush was discussing this a day or two ago. Mueller threw out some outrageous challenge knowing that nobody would meet his challenge because they’re in Russia and they don’t have to. They called his bluff (ha ha ha!), are eager to appear, and now HE’S not ready. Embrace the suck, Mueller.

He never had a case, or any evidence. What’s he going to do now?
Make up something or eat a contempt judgement. Then the judge should order the end of the special counsel. Let them take the issue to the SCOTUS. The whole thing was a sham from day one.
He will do anyrhing he can to slow walk this because of discovery.
This judge does not seem to be very tolerant of prosecutorial abuse.

It’s interesting, during my law enforcement career, when you took a file to the DAs office, that generally meant that you were done with it. All victims, witnesses, suspects interviewed. All evidence collected and documented. It was then sent to the DAs office for a review and then, onto the Grand Jury, once it passed the review. On the rare occasion, the DA might ask for something more or to speak to certain witnesses, but that was rare. Even rarer, was the case not being accepted and taken to the Grand Jury.
Amazing that the Bob Meuller, the Amazing Most Spectacular Awesome Omniscient Special Counsel to ever grace the planet, isn’t ready to take on 13 russian hipsters. You’d think with the way the media, the Left and folks like, Gowdy, gush over the guy, that the case would already be over, with convictions.
Does the judge just end it?
Does the judge force Mueller, et al to produce all their dirt, informants, procedures, lies and then end it?
I’d just as soon he made something up and perjured himself. He’s spent over a year wasting tax payer dollars with not a scrap of evidence to even justify an investigation. I call it criminal, a forth amendment violation.
