Make up something or eat a contempt judgement. Then the judge should order the end of the special counsel. Let them take the issue to the SCOTUS. The whole thing was a sham from day one.
It seems apparent this "indictment" of a foreign entity by Mueller was done as window dressing by him to give the overall appearance and impression everywhere you look that "Russians were involved"
