I would suggest that the judge is grinning, and just thinking....this is probably the weakest case ever brought before him by a prosecutor, and the judge is going to give them ample opportunity to talk. You could probably charge for entry into the room, and the tickets would run a minimum of a hundred bucks....as people would just want to watch this unfold.

The other piece to this story....just how will the Russians play out their part? Will they walk in and want to tell the judge that they did pay off Hillary’s folks? Will they talk about insider knowledge within the Obama White House? This could go a hundred different ways.

With all of that, scalpers are getting $1000 a seat, easy.

This all hinges on that judge.

Will he let them walk in and meekly ask for a dismissal, since recent information shows that the Russians did nothing wrong?

OR

Does he force them to lay their cards on the table, all of them, to show how they ended up where they did? That timeline is going to have to include things that don’t exist. IE....a crime that was committed ... the conflict of interest arising from the “crime” and why the SC was needed ... probable cause for the “crime” ... dossier ... the phantom informant that they cannot reveal ... FISC/FISA abuse ... perjury to FISC ... concealing evidence ... ignoring subpoenas ... investigative paperwork ... witness list and who was interviewed.

This has the potential to be very bad. Bad, as in, doing irreparable harm to the DOJ and FBI. Casting doubt on any and every case these people and those associated with them, have ever worked. I’m wondering if there are, and how many, defense attorney’s are drafting up appeal paperwork, for their clients, given the amount of corruption that has been uncovered.
