So they know who the kids are but it sounds like nothing has been done. I wonder why? Inquiring minds would like to know.

Hmmmm, “teens”.
Sounds like some sort of biased age profiling.

This is par for the course in California. No arrests. The entire incident was probably recorded on a surveillance camera. I will lay you odds at 10 to 1 that it was a gang of a “dreamers”.

Anybody who buys their kid a $200 pair of sneakers and a $500+ cellphone is stupid................

The ‘teens’ were said to be members of the high school varsity football team and one of the victims is white and the other Hispanic.

To: forgotten man
On the upside though, there are some new freshly minted conservatives amongst the victims.

My kid likes those expensive sneakers. We gave him the amount of money we would spend on shoes and he had to come up with the rest if he wanted them. He always did. He also bought and sold these shoes. He is quite the entrepreneur.

When I read a story like this I like to play the “guess the ethnicity game.”
I am nearly always right.

Yup. “Teens” says all that need be said.
The MSM is so transparent (and stupid).
To: forgotten man
He was walking on a trail used by many students.
Everyone knows that California trails are lined with surveillance cameras.

Giving a defenseless kid an expensive item in this day and age is asking for trouble.............those days are over.......for now................

Good for you. That’s what my daughter and her husband did when the kids wanted Macs when entering high school-— paid a reasonable portion and made them pay the rest, which they did.

It depends on where you live. And how fast your kid can run.

A noticeable absence of ethnic ID. If it was only white students doing it, that would probably be mentioned as part of growing trend in "Trump's America."

Which led to my relatively short-term careers as a "lawn mowing contractor" (with business cards!) and later golf caddy. It was exciting; there was just no end to the possibilities.
