This is par for the course in California. No arrests. The entire incident was probably recorded on a surveillance camera. I will lay you odds at 10 to 1 that it was a gang of a “dreamers”.
The ‘teens’ were said to be members of the high school varsity football team and one of the victims is white and the other Hispanic.
"Dreamers" aren't typically the group that steals shoes off the feet of their victims.
On the upside though, there are some new freshly minted conservatives amongst the victims.
“He was walking on a trail used by many students.”
Everyone knows that California trails are lined with surveillance cameras.
