A family is suing a Michigan school district after a group of kindergarteners allegedly sodomized their child and recorded the assault on an iPad.
The federal lawsuit, filed this week against the Grandville School District, claims that nearly four years ago, the district failed to intervene when five-year-old Jimmy Doe of Century Park Learning Center in Wyoming, Michigan was taken to the mudroom and was forcibly touched, sodomized, and photographed by classmates.
The lawsuit specifically names the victim's kindergarten teacher Hillary Hubert, former Grandville School district superintendent Ron Caniff, current superintendent Roger Bearup, assistant superintendent Scott Merkel, and the schools Principal Tonia Shoup as having failed to protect the boy or hold his alleged tormenters accountable.

Or jocks in the family, they love sticking things up weaker peoples butts.
If they have access to an iPad, the parents might not even know.
I taught in a local elementary school here in so Cal when I was young and naive. Just long-term subbing, to see which grade I might like. One day I sent about half my students to the principal’s office,. Sixth graders, just totally off the wall Inner City kids. At the end of the day, I went to his office and told him I was never coming back. (I had decided that street walking would pay better and would be less stressful, haha). He closed the door and said, “You know Tommy? His parents let little girls spend the weekend with him. What the heck am I supposed to do in the 5 hours I have him?”
I suspect Tommy in Kindergarten could easily have done this. Turns my stomach. No solution beyond those which the lawmakers will not consider.
PS I got a tech job and then homeschooled my own. Never Ever Ever put your kids in public schools.
At this point of the game it does not matter. The kids need put in an institution of some kind as they are very dangerous.
The teacher taught them.
Like Game of Thrones?
Teachers like doctors and nurses are obligated reporters. If there is even a hint of sexual abuse they must contact the police, they have no discretion in the matter. This school (taxpayers) are going to be on the hook for millions of dollars and all involved should have their licenses revoked for life.
You don’t have to know the word to do it.
You’re talking about kids, remember... if kids that age can stick jelly beans up their nose it shouldn’t be hard for them to stick things anywhere else.
Question is, who gave them the idea? Kids that age might yank hair or bite but they don’t think of stripping classmates and doing crap like that unless they have been watching adults behave that way or have been abused by adults. No telling what they see on youtube.
” Never Ever Ever put your kids in public schools.”
You mentioned that your experience was in an inner city school.
Most public schools are NOT like that.
.
All it takes is one instigator to get others to go along.
I wouldn’t bet against you.
“Most public schools are NOT like that.”
the way things are going it’s just a matter of time.
Well, there is that country song about sticking a boot in a terrorist’s ass.
“Could it have been at home with Mom and Dad watching adult TV?”
My guess is unsupervised internet use. The place is crawling with the stuff and it is targeted at kids. Children have no business on the internet.
“and then homeschooled my own”
Good for you.
You mentioned that your experience was in an inner city school.
Most public schools are NOT like that."
Oh yes they are, even here in Maine.
No they aren’t,even in MA.
Some,maybe,but not most.
.
If they come from Muslim culture, they would know all about sodomy and pederasty.
What they apparently did is coerce the other little boy into letting them manipulate and photograph his genitals and penetrate his anus (probably with objects.)
This raises strong suspicions that these children have been exposed to gross, debasing pornography and probably were themselves violated by older children or by adults.
There is probable cause to think that all the perpetrators were prior victims of abuse.
A whole lot of soul-searching should ensue.
Widepread criminal investigation should ensue.
Criminal charges and/or liability lawsuits should ensue.
That would not guarantee justice nor a "make whole" solution nor healing. I don't know how anything could be "made whole" at this point. Lord have mercy.
