On October 25, a strange craft was seen in broad daylight flying amid the heavy traffic of the United States air corridors above the state of Oregon.
Pilots radioed in reports of an aircraft flying outside registered flight plans. It was not responding to radio calls. It had no collision-avoidance transponders. But it was always just outside clear sight.
On the ground, air traffic control was also seeing strange things. Its radar was intermittently tracking an unregistered object moving at unusually high speeds.
It was cause for real concern.
After all, 9/11 showed the potential havoc aircraft flying dark could achieve.
So F-15 interceptor fighters from the U.S. Air Force were scrambled to take a look.
The story was first picked up by "The War Zone" blog of the automotive website The Drive. It tracked down comments from the pilots that had seen something strange that day. It also obtained confirmation of sorts from the U.S. air base that launched the fighters.
Now "War Zone" has obtained ─ through a freedom of information claim ─ a small mountain of documents and hours of audio recordings detailing Oregons air traffic controllers' actions.
Amid the accounts of phone calls, radio exchanges and pilot interviews is an enticing picture of what a substantive UFO report looks like, and how authorities struggle to make sense of what is going on above them.
THAT LOOKS CRAZY
The unidentified flying object was first detected tearing through the air above Northern California by radar stations in Oakland. It was 4:30 p.m. It was unexpected. It was traveling very fast at 37,000.

Ive always thought some dimensional type phenomenon was more plausible than aliens traveling massive light year distances in space ships.
I don’t know about ‘impossible things’ showing up on radar; though I think there are some suggestive instances of same in the UFO literature.
But PEOPLE have been seeing impossible things for centuries:

I remember Quix, didnt remember him saying anything about UFO’s. No one knows, but I do believe the “space message” preached through all collected sci-fi and channeled messages is satanic.
“Our Defense and Intelligence agencies won’t admit it and are using the UFO ruse as a cover story.”
Not a bad theory. Don’t want to scare the peasants with the truth.

Agreed. Unless they came up with a lot of new tech.
Robotics and AI would have little problem with the time and distances of space travel. What’s a few hundred thousand years to inanimate objects capable of repairing themselves in perpetuity?
If they were demon manifestations, their reason for being, is deception. They try, among other things, to divert attention away from God, to beings from other planets.
I was an air traffic controller. I was told by the higher ups, that even if I saw something, that I really didnt see anything. Too much paperwork. Once I saw two lights in the night sky. It scared one of my subordinates, but it was just a tweet, at about 10,000 feet, with his landing lights on.
Knowing what I know about radar, unless an aircraft is using its transponder, I never hardly ever looked at raw targets. I dont know if demon manifestations show up on radar, but nothing would surprise me. I doubt any would be squawking an IFF/SIF code, however.

Me, too.
I wonder if Quix will come back (allowed back?) once the true nature of UFO’s is revealed? I think the demon aspect of them is a likely possibility. Other, more mundane ones are probably our top secret stuff.
Bingo. “Don’t scare the peasants; they can’t handle the truth.”
Unless they came up with a lot of new tech.
New tech never stops, it doesn’t always work,
but it never stops.
Sure they could. I would state it differently - I think it is highly unlikely aliens would visit us for the reasons you mention. But it can't be ruled out. But because of these vast distances I think aliens and man will stay pretty close to their homes. It almost a certainty that man will never travel to another galaxy. It is 2.5 million light years to Andromeda.
Space itself can travel at faster than light speed. This is the basis of the warp drive.
Seems like just yesterday when that black beauty flying tests out of Lincoln County, NV was generating dozens of this type of UFO sightings.
The last I heard from Quix he was posting on a board full of ex-freepers many of whom had been zotted. This was years ago.
True. And if indeed there is an intelligent life form beyond ours out there it might not be suck a good idea to let them know we’re down here. They might not be all touchy, feely warm and friendly.
Sorry, typo meant ‘’such’’.
