"The brave women of Fort Collins, who for years have been struggling against the cruel oppression of breasts imprisoned in clothing, were cheered when last February U.S. District Judge R. Brooke Jackson agreed with them. The law, said the judge, is based on gender discrimination, and violates the Fourteenth Amendments guarantee of the equal protection of the laws.

If you don't like masculine words you are free to remove them from your vocabulary and use only words of the feminine or neuter persuasion. It will limit your ability to communicate, but it is not illegal. You're not up to date. California (I think) is planning to fine you $1000 if you call a male who "identifies" as female "he" or "it" instead of "she".

In this confused world, if a woman identifies as a male, then I suppose they can go topless like a male.

Equal protection to show your Ta Ta’s.
That’s one the founders never envisioned!

And it follows, that the Constitution says we can all go naked. No, it doesn't. This decision resulted from the contradiction that men could go topless, but not women.
Neither men nor women are allowed to go bottomless, so it's not a matter of sex discrimination in that instance. Indecent exposure laws would still apply to both...

Gender/sex has taken the same turn as nauseous (to cause nausea) and nauseated (to have nausea). Our living language, through common misuse, is slowly changing the meaning of the words. Chagrin is misused almost every time I hear it or see it too.

Well after all, it was only a couple hundred years ago, or so, that women hanging them out was a status symbol. In Europe.
