Losing Senate candidate and accused pedophile Roy Moore wants to void the Alabama election results, citing an "unusual" number of black voters.
Some people simply do not know when to give up. One such person is rejected Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore.
Faced with accusations that he stalked and molested teenage girls, as well as his views that women and Muslims should be ineligible for office and that America has not been great since the abolition of slavery, Moore lost a race that should have been completely safe for Republicans to Democrat Doug Jones, a former U.S. attorney and civil rights hero.
But Moore has refused to concede the race. And on Thursday morning, he filed an emergency motion in state circuit court to block the results from being certified, alleging widespread voter fraud and calling for a new election.
One of the principal arguments Moore is making to support his claim of voter fraud is that an unusual number of black people voted:
Moore cites high turnout in a county that's far higher-than-average African-American (a pattern that's not exceptional & is documented throughout state) as evidence of fraud. African Americans voting is apparently inherently suspicious.
Moores complaint also falsely asserts that the results are suspiciously different from exit polls, and claims that there was an unexplained pattern of voters with out-of-state drivers licenses, based on the uncorroborated testimony of a single poll worker at a church in Montgomery.
It is in Moores nature to refuse to abandon causes that he has already lost, as evidenced by the fact that he was fired from the state supreme court for violating the Constitution, then re-elected and fired again.
All of this would simply be amusing if it were not for the fact that Moore has spent the past few weeks fundraising for his Election Integrity Fund. Moore is trying to scam real people out of their money to support his delusions.
Jones, the man who defeated Moore earlier this month, released a statement excoriating Moores lawsuit as a desperate attempt to subvert the will of the people. But he was not alone Republicans joined the call for Moore to let it go.
New Jersey Republican Rep. Leonard Lance blasted Moores complaint as ridiculous, saying he should concede the election. Alabamas GOP Secretary of State John Merrill, whose job it was to manage the election, agreed. When asked if the lawsuit would make a difference, he said The short answer to that is no. Doug Jones will be certified today.
After they stuck by him through overt racism and pedophilia, Roy Moore is finally becoming the embarrassment to the Alabama Republican Party that he should have been all along.
The visual definition of a cuck soyboy.
Well, sweetie, if you want to end the “voter fraud” complaints once and for all, you DemonRats need to do the following:
1. Stop opposing voter ID laws and admit once and for all that blacks are smart enough and ambitions enough to get photo IDs
2. Stop opposing efforts to clean up the voter rolls to remove illegal registrations, and registrations of people who are dead or have moved
3. Stop holding back vote results from heavily blue areas until all the red areas have reported
Except in democrat enclaves where the vote can be 105% to 110% of the populace.
I’ll go with a fighter any day no matter how ‘flawed’ some of you think Moore was/is.
OTH I agree with Chapman: Moore is pissed that black voted...some of them two or three times.
Finished SoyBoy's sentence for him.
One group does.
Striking.
92% of registered Democrats did not show up. Other Democrats voted FOR them.
If we don't shut down Democrat election fraud, we are doomed. We have to start somewhere. This is as good a place as any.
Looks like we have a new pajamas boy poster boy.
“I cuts my hair with a bowl on my head!”
What I really despise about all this is the “accusations” were treated like fact as if Roy Moore (or insert name here) had gone through the process of a trial by their peers and found guilty.
There’s a million miles between an accusation and a guilty verdict which the left and sometimes those on our side; use as a Gavel to convict with.
Federal sexual harassment law was made in 1977. Back in the day when these actions supposedly happened, there was NO law. The civil Rights act did NOT cover sexual harassment. Supreme Court finally recognized in 1980s. Know the law. These snowflake journalist have no clue.
Well, it depends where the black folk were residents of.
IF they were legal residents of the state of Alabama, no contest.
However, IF they were legal residents of any other state, such as Mississippi, Louisiana, Georgia, etc. and that, along with their numbers, can be proven as illegal votes, then the man has a case. Unless he’s got a proven case, he needs to give it up.
Haha! Nailed it
People came from out of state to vote in this election. Sorry but this needs to be exposed and it is going to be.
Wait.... wait... the judge said she had to leave your house, but the judge also said you had to leave your house?
I think Roy was a victim of a fraud claim and voter fraud also. BUT, the guy gave me the creeps. Not sure he’s all there.
We should listen to a mongoloid with a bowl haircut why exactly?
This is wonderful news. Moore was wrongfully smeared which interfered with the election and it is implausible that 30% more could have voted in Birmingham than in the general election when they has their Goddess Supreme, Hillary to vote for. This election was stolen.God Bless Judges Moore in the meritorious law suit to save democracy.
