I disagree with the premise. The flyers won’t cost Jones the election because he wasn’t winning to begin with. It was a desperate attempt that backfired because Jones was losing. He’s still losing.

In light of Rep Conyers’ hitting on female staffers (and I thought Conyers’ was black), this flyer was ill-timed and ill-conceived.
Black voters were never treated worse then during the eight year of Barack Hussein Obama. They were openly exposed to uncontrolled crime, murders, drugs, Black on Black killings, child abortions, low paying jobs and no job opportunities, little freedom and liberty of real value, they were locked into big city ghetto plantations set up by Obama, the CBC, the NAACP and the entire Democrat Party.
You would have thought they would have wised up, by now, and get it. They are used, abused, treated like sheep on the public dole, with the only concern is they give their votes to the scum and vermin of the Democrat Party. Go figure?
