It's weird and questionable why the article didn't tell WHERE the bathroom was.
If the perp is a "family friend" was it in his or the victim's home bathroom?
Was the bathroom in a store, a mall, a school or a government building like a park...or what?
A lawsuit against a building's owners or management which houses a transgender bathroom looks to be ripe for the plucking, if you ask me..
