I have been sick for two weeks and when combined with the rainy season that means I have weeds everywhere.

The grass is literally knee high. I have to find a way to mow this week.

We have bananas ripening. The endless watermelons along with Papayas.

Everything else was either ruined by the rain or eaten by the snails.

My PROUDEST gardening accomplishment to date! Been trying for YEARS to grow decent melons - it took me FIVE MONTHS to do it, but I finally got TWO really nice Honeydew Melons to maturity up here on The Frozen Tundra! First FREEZE is scheduled for tonight! It has finally stopped raining, so we are heading down to the lower garden to see if buttternut squash can be picked and to dig up Sweet Potatoes to see if we got anything this first try, too. Fingers Crossed! I'll report back later in the day.
