That is the truth. Most all of them had a off season job and no one minded it. In fact I remember George Blanda worked for some railroad shipping company and ended up getting his 20 years in for a pension while he was still playing pro ball.

I stopped watching last year with the exception of the Super Bowl, but I probably won't even watch the SB this season.

It's interesting that kapernick's political activism didn't start until after his QB skills diminished and opposing teams figured out how to neutralize him, thereby making him a non-factor. He also grew out the 'fro just to reinforce his "blackness" and to overcompensate for the fact that he is half-white, which requires contrition on his part in order to appease the SJW and BLM crowd.

The NFL doesn't need my viewership or my money. I hope they go the way of the USFL.
