If you eat it, please tell the rest of us, why, on this blessed planet, would anyone EVER eat that c*ap?

Are you talking about tilapia, or farm raised tilapia from China?

A three year old report about a 9 year old study? Shouldn't this be in breaking news?
If you eat it, please tell the rest of us, why, on this blessed planet, would anyone EVER eat that c*ap?
From your link:
"eating tilapia is worse than eating bacon."
Bacon that swims. Only folks that could be against that are either Muzzis or Jews.

Talapia is known in cooking circles to have absolutely no taste and pretty much no texture.
If you see “talapia” proudly on a restaurant menu, you are in a diner no matter what the decor is. Which is OK so long as you are paying diner prices.

I would add farm-raised fish from Indonesia, Thialand to the list; Including shrimp.
Farm-raised catfish can be gross too.

Tilapia is a warm water fish.
Poor dietary choice.

Don’t eat any farm raised fish, including salmon.

Do not eat any food from mainland China. There is no telling what or how much of what stuff the animal, fish or plant was fed. Farm fish from China is a prime example of unregulated ‘food.’

"Are you talking about tilapia, or farm raised tilapia from China?" Tilapia is great, but I refuse to eat anything raised in China. Accidently bought garlic from China last night. Threw it away this A.M.

I would rather eat catfish than Tlapia...
and I hate catfish.
Now striped bass, or young shark are fine eating
and smoked Cobia is to die for.
Tlapia is just muush.

I eat Tilapia. A great fish. But I buy mine live from the Asain markets in Cleveland. They’re grown in Erie Pa., to USA specs. Great fish. They arebin big tanks at the market, and I point out which one I want. They gut it and scale ie. I steam them whole. A treat! Don’t buy frozen from Asia.

Farm raised fish (sometimes called “sustainability raised fish”) are fed excrement and the flesh of down animals.
You are what you eat!

Grow your own garlic.
I’ve been growing garlic for several years now and every year I get a great crop enough to last me through the year.
And I live in Upstate NY.
